  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Images (if damaged/defective)
  3. Our team will verify and approve your request
  4. Once approved, pickup or return instructions will be provided

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Store wallet (if applicable)

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is available only for damaged/defective/wrong items
  • Replacement will be processed subject to stock availability
  • If replacement is not available, refund will be issued

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • You may still apply for return after delivery (if eligible)

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • Free return pickup for damaged or wrong products
  • Customer may bear shipping charges for other returns (if applicable)

8. Refund Rejection Conditions
